Downloaded software products may be returned until midnight 15 days after purchase.

Thre software comes with a 15 day trial period during which you DO NOT have to enter the registration key. If you want to make a return easy, DO NOT enter the registration key during that period so it will be easy to get a refund.

If you enter the key then the software automatically registers at Symantec. After you do that refunds become very difficult because you have to unregister the key and sign an affidavid that you are not uding it. Then we can take the key back and process your refund.Contact us if you think you have entered the key and you are in the refund period in need of a refund.

The date of the first contact requesting a refund  will be the date for determining if you are in the return period. just as you want your refund to be easy, we try to make it easy by email.  If you can't get emails and answer them then you will have to do the refund process by US Mail.
